Once you place an order, our team diligently processes it within 1-2 business days. We entrust the shipping to reliable partners such as Purolator, DHL, UPS, FedEx. Upon dispatch, an email will be sent to you, containing a shipping confirmation. This email will include essential details about your chosen carrier and the tracking number to keep you informed about your package's journey.

Please keep in mind that despite our dedication to efficiently process and ship your order, there are certain external factors that could emerge, such as possible delays during transit, customs procedures, or unfavorable weather conditions.

RETURNS

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, kindly follow these refined steps:

1. Access Your Account: Once 24 hours have passed since receiving your order, please log in to your account Login. Proceed to the "My Orders" section and select "Request Return." Choose the specific order with the items you intend to return or replace, and provide details regarding the reason for the return.

2. Confirmation Email and Return Form: Await a confirmation email containing a return form, inclusive of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and comprehensive instructions for the return process. It's essential to complete the return form and place it within the package, alongside the product. Should you require another copy of the Return Form, it can be effortlessly accessed through your account's "My Returns" section. Simply select the relevant Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), view the request, and click on "Download Return Form (PDF)."

3. Packaging Protocol: Carefully place the products within their original packaging. It is vital that the items are returned in pristine condition, inclusive of all components, completely unused, and with the original packaging. Upon receipt, our warehouse team will assess the returned items to ensure their integrity. Any decrease in the item's value may result in a corresponding deduction from the refund, reflecting the residual value of the product.

4. Shipping Instructions: Securely affix the shipping label that arrived with your products to the exterior of the package. Alternatively, if you received the label via email during the withdrawal confirmation, you can use the printed version. Be sure to retain the shipping receipt for your records. Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process using the same payment method employed during the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.)
