Exchanges / Return Policy

As our merchandise is of high-end value, please ensure all returns have been authorized by a member of the Angela Mitchell team before sending the product back to us. To communicate with a team member regarding a return, please contact us at info@angelamitchellmilan.com with the subject field identified as “return”. Please ensure your return request is sent to us within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

Considering the approval of your return is granted, we will assign your customer service case with a “return authorization number”; please clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of your returned/shipped package.

Additionally, please consider the protection of your returned merchandise as we are not responsible for highly delayed, lost or damaged packages. With that, we recommend using a shipping service who provides a tracking number.

Merchandise showing any signs of use/wear will not be accepted.

Angela Mitchell merchandise must be returned new, in original packaging, unaltered and undamaged. Merchandise that was not approved for a return or that is deemed worn or damaged will be sent back to the customer at the discretion of the Angela Mitchell team. Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. Please allow 5-10 business days for your returned merchandise to be inspected and for your payment to be refunded. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time in order to process the refund before the funds are returned to your account.

Returns received that do not comply with the above mentioned requirements may be denied at the discretion of the Angela Mitchell team.
